It came to me as a surprise.
Few days I was gone,
And you found someone else on the side.
A new friend to trust,
And a new friend to confide…
I know that someone special isn’t me,
And no matter how much I try,
I could not be she…
Somewhere inside me I find you there,
Which the world could not, but I could hear…
A place which I gave you,
Will never be shared…
All the beautiful memories and the times we shared,
Will be locked in, even though you really never cared.
Silly arguments and stupid fights,
All the laughs and each time I cried…
All that built up over the time will never part,
Your love will always beat in my heart…
